Report a post or a firm

If a listing, job, photo, message or firm profile is offensive, a scam, or shares someone's private information, open it in the app, tap …, then Report. Choose a reason and send it. We review every report within 24 hours. Content that several firms report is hidden while we look at it.

Block a firm

On a firm's profile or in a message thread, tap …, then Block. You won't see their listings, jobs or messages, and they can't message you or bid on your jobs. Work that is already paid or awarded is not undone. To unblock, go to Workspace → Blocked firms.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Workspace → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and the jobs you posted and cannot be undone. You can also email hello@tradebook.co from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Privacy and terms

Read our Privacy Policy and Terms. Case details such as names and tag numbers stay inside your account and never appear on the Lock Screen, in widgets, in Siri or in notifications.
